train knitting and finger paints

March 31, 2011 § Leave a comment

Two creative spaces from a week where proposal-writing jargon is coming out of my ears, and drawing is not happening. The top one is a comfy seat in a northward-bound train, where I knitted some knitting and watched lambs gallop about as the sun went slowly down behind green rolly hills (made me feel quite sentimental and write some awful poetry, which is staying where it belongs in the back of my notebook!). The bottom one is my small nephew making my mum’s Mother’s Day gift for us while my sister and I chat and eat brownies and marvel at how much mess one small person can make with two small blobs of paint.
